Discovery Session

Following your initial inquiry, we will arrange a 3-hour Discovery Session to onboard your catalogue and chat about those vital nuggets of information; you, your family and the key dates and past events you want to treasure.

We will also discuss the timeline and package that best fits your desired outcome and level of content. As a result, we will agree on the future time input required from you during the project.

Fees:
£150 for 3-hour consultation: virtual or in-home

Customised Packages

Here at Clear Bubble we want to design a project that works for your outcome, but just to give you a flavour here are some of our most popular packages to give you an idea of what could be involved...

During the project, we will keep you informed with regular updates. We will need to meet at specific points during the project (virtually or in-person) to make some decisions and gain more information to complete the catalogue work.

Fees:
20% of package - deposit before project start
40% of package - project mid-point
40% of package - on completion and delivery

Additional charges:
Media conversion - variable, cost agreed in advance
Storage materials - variable, cost agreed in advance

Additional Charges

Transport
Public transport: For locations over 1 hour via public transport from TW1, we charge £10 per hour for the additional travel time above the 1-hour.
Mileage: For locations greater than 10 miles driving from TW1, we charge 45p per mile beyond the 10 miles radius from TW1.

Parking Permits
You will need to provide relevant visitor parking permits

Congestion / Toll charges
Any charges incurred to get your location will be added to your invoice.

Accommodation
We are more than happy to discuss projects outside of London. We will agree on any accommodation costs in advance, which will be added to your invoice.
